Football 101

The Panthers conduct Football 101, a class for football beginners, every season at Bank of America Stadium. Proceeds from the event, which also includes a party in the team store, wine reception, buffet dinner, fashion show and gift, benefit Carolina Panthers Charities.

Designed to increase basic football knowledge, Football 101 helps fans gain a better understanding of the game and provides a forum where they can ask questions. Panthers players define terminology and focus on the fundamentals of offense, defense and special teams. Participants also learn referee signals and specific play calls and find out what it is like to be an NFL player.
