The Carolina Panthers will hold their annual holiday toy drive to benefit the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve's Toys For Tots program when they play the Atlanta Falcons at Bank of America Stadium on Sunday, December 11 at 1 p.m.
All fans can participate in this worthy cause by bringing a new, unwrapped toy with them to the game. Representatives from the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve will be at each gate when the stadium opens at 11 a.m. to collect the toys for children in the Carolinas.
Since the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve began the Toys for Tots program in 1947, millions of toys have been distributed to underprivileged children throughout the United States. For many needy children, the Toys for Tots program is their only source of help. Through this charity, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve tries to deliver a message of hope and to bring a ray of holiday joy to the heart of each of the estimated 14 million children in need in the United States each holiday season.
