The team supports the NFL's Play 60 initiative, which encourages children to get 60 minutes of exercise each day with a variety of programs designed to help children establish positive health and fitness habits and curb the rise in childhood obesity. Carolina Panthers Play 60 Fit City Challenge

The Carolina Panthers Play 60 Fit City Challenge is an annual fitness competition for elementary and middle schools in Charlotte-Mecklenburg. The program helps motivate teachers, students and staff to meet the state mandate requiring 30 minutes of physical activity for students during the school day.

Carolina Panthers Play 60 Pep Rallies are high-energy programs that encourage proper fitness and nutrition lifestyles to elementary and middle school students. The team visits schools in the region with players, Sir Purr and the TopCats to motivate and inspire kids in this fun-filled fitness event.

Fuel up to Play 60 Kid's Combine - presented by Dairy Farmer Families of the Southeast

The Fuel up to Play 60 Kid's Combine - presented by Dairy Farmer Families of the Southeast - is a free interactive attraction located on the Panthers practice field that promotes youth fitness through a variety of football skills and drills for children and their families before Panthers home games. Activities include the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, wide receiver/quarterback challenge, TopCats dance studio, inflatable obstacle course and others designed to get kids moving.
