With the Panthers in contention for the NFC South division title, the NFL has mandated that the Panthers send out postseason ticket information and invoices in the event the team qualifies for the playoffs. Given the logistics of potentially hosting a playoff game(s), the NFL has established a deadline of Dec. 26, 2014 to remit your payment.
A "Pay as we Play" option is offered, which does not require any payment at this time. Simply register your credit card or debit card by the deadline of Dec. 26, 2014. If the Panthers host a playoff game, then your registered card will be charged. No charges will be applied if the Panthers do not play a postseason game at Bank of America Stadium.
THREE CONVENIENT PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may pay for your playoff ticket invoice one of the following ways. The payment due date is Dec. 26, 2014.
Option #1 - Online Pay as we Play
By selecting the "Pay as we Play" option, you are registering your credit card to be charged if the Panthers host a home playoff game(s). Please note that you must enroll by Dec. 26, 2014, and your credit card must have an expiration date of 02/15 or beyond.
To enroll, visit My Panthers Account, select the "Pay as we Play" option and follow the prompts. Once a home playoff game is confirmed, the credit card you registered will be charged for the full cost of Game 1 tickets. Should the Panthers host a second playoff game, the same credit card will be charged.
Option #2 - Online Payment In Full
Full payment for the total amount invoiced may be made online by visiting My Panthers Account and selecting the "Pay In Full" option. Payment is due by Dec. 26, 2014.
Option #3 - Payment In Full By Mail
Full payment for the total amount invoiced may be made by mail and submitted to the address indicated on your invoice. Full payment of the invoiced amount must be received by Dec. 26, 2014.
Invoices reflect ticket prices for NFL Wild Card and Championship games. If you select a "Pay In Full" option, you will receive a credit for the difference in ticket price toward your 2015 season ticket invoice. If you enroll in "Pay as we Play," your credit card will be charged the correct amount for the game(s) the Panthers play at home. The Panthers can only have two home playoff games, thus you cannot be charged for all three games.
Additional updates regarding invoicing, game dates and times, ticket mailings and general playoff information will be sent via the Carolina Panthers e-connect program. Log in to My Panthers Account and make sure your e-mail address is correct for the most up-to-date playoff information. If you have unsubscribed from the e-connect program, you may re-enroll by contacting the Panthers Ticket Office at 704-358-7800 or sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
